As regards the second stage of the emergency measures (from May to August 2020), please find below the directives already set forth in D.R. 107 of 19 March 2020.
FACULTY OFFICE HOURS, INFOPOINT AND FRONT-OFFICE SERVICES
All faculty office hours will be held through online meetings or telephone calls.
All front-office facilities are closed to the public (administrative offices, orientation,
Info Point, departments). All services will be provided exclusively through telephone
calls or e-mail.
Orientation will be provided online, including individual interviews with the staff,
orientation workshops and Online Open Day.
“150 HOURS” PART-TIME JOBS AND SENIOR TUTORS
All in-person part-time jobs (the so-called “150 hours”) and tutoring activities
(University Senior Tutor positions) are suspended. They can, however, be conducted
online, in accordance with the host departments.
ACADEMIC PROGRAM 2020/2021
The University is examining all the possible solutions regarding how teaching activities will be delivered during the third stage of the emergency (from September to January 2020). The objective is to guarantee the resumption of traditional teaching methods (in person), or, in the alternative, to provide for blended approaches (part of the activities will be delivered in person and the other part
through online resources). All the technical and environmental analyses are being conducted by experts in order to establish terms and methods that comply with governmental regulations regarding social distancing and safety measures.
